Prs College Of Engineering And Technology is on the Main Road in Paliyode. This is in the Neyyattinkara area of Thiruvananthapuram. It is a bit far from the main city, so it’s a quieter place to study. We have several buildings for the different engineering departments. You will see students walking around with their bags and sometimes carrying large drawing boards or lab equipment. The campus has some trees and spots where students sit during their breaks. Our labs are full of machines and computers that are used every day for practical work. The staff rooms are usually busy with professors grading papers or talking to students about their projects. We have a canteen where everyone goes for tea and snacks in the afternoon. The weather here in Thiruvananthapuram is often humid, so the ceiling fans are always spinning in the classrooms. We have a bus service for students who live further away in the district. It’s a lot of work to keep an engineering college running, especially with all the technical stuff we have to maintain. We’ve been here in Paliyode for a good number of years. It’s a place where young people come to get their degrees and figure out their future.
