You can find us at the Residency Tower Hotel on Press Road in Thiruvananthapuram. We’re right near the South Gate of the Secretariat, so it’s a pretty central spot in the city. Working here means we see a lot of the activity that goes on around the government buildings and the general bustle of the 695001 area. We’ve been set up in the hotel for quite a while now, and we’ve become a regular fixture for people who live or work nearby. We aren't a corporate chain with a lot of polished rules; we’re just a team of people who run the restaurant day in and day out. Some of us have been here for years, and we’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our vantage point on Press Road. The day starts with setting up the dining room and making sure the kitchen has everything it needs for the first customers. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up to a long day, but that’s just how this business works. We don’t try to make it sound more exciting than it is. We just want to provide a place where you can get a meal without any fuss.
