Chefmaster Restaurant

We are based in the Trida Complex, which is right by the Thiruvananthapuram Medical College. If you know that area, you know it is always moving. There are doctors, students, and people visiting the hospital coming through all the time. It gets really crowded around lunch. The shop is officially called Chefmaster Restaurant, but to most people, it's just the place in the complex where they can grab a quick meal. I’ve been working here for a while and the pace never really slows down. Being near a medical college means you see a lot of tired people looking for something to eat at odd hours. We try to keep things straightforward. The kitchen is always busy, and there's usually the smell of something cooking filling up the shop. The Trida Complex itself has seen better days, maybe, but it's a solid place to be. We don't have those fancy menus with pictures or anything. We just list what we have and that's it. Sometimes we run out of things if the crowd is bigger than we expected. It happens. The staff works hard, mostly just local guys who know the area well. Thiruvananthapuram is a busy city, and being right in the middle of the medical district keeps us on our toes. We don’t do much advertising because there’s enough people walking by every single day anyway. It’s just how it goes here.
