Our little shop is over at Gangotri Park, right in the Parle Point area of Surat. We’re Shop No 2, so we aren’t hard to find if you’re walking around near the Sargam Shopping Center. It’s a small space, but we make it work for what we do. We’ve been here at this spot for a bit now, serving whoever walks in from the street. Parle Point is always moving, so there’s usually a lot of people passing by our door throughout the day. We aren’t trying to be anything huge or fancy. We just keep the place tidy and make sure we have what people are looking for when they stop in. It gets a bit crowded during the afternoon hours when everyone is out doing their shopping, but we try to keep things simple and quick. Usually, it’s just us behind the counter making sure everything is running okay and the shelves stay stocked. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a local shop in a busy part of town. Sometimes the deliveries arrive a bit late and things get a little hectic, but we manage to get through it. If you’re near the shopping center, you’ll probably see us. It’s a straightforward kind of place where you can just pop in and get what you need without much fuss. We like it that way.
