Sri Vidya Mandir Matriculation Higher Secondary School

This school is located near the Steel Plant in the Salem Taluk area, specifically in Maramangalathupatti. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of people moving around for work. We have been part of this community for a while, and the school has grown as more families moved into the district. The day starts early here, with buses and kids arriving before the sun gets too high. We deal with all the usual school stuff—classes, sports, and making sure the kids are actually where they’re supposed to be. It’s a big building, so there is always some maintenance to do or a room that needs a bit of paint. We don’t spend much time on fancy flyers or websites because we are too busy managing the daily schedule. Teachers here are mostly locals who understand the families in Salem. It’s a straightforward place. We handle higher secondary levels, so the older students are often focused on their studies, while the younger ones are just running around during break time. It gets a bit dusty being near the road and the industrial area, but that’s just life in this part of Salem. We keep the gates open for parents who have questions about their kids’ progress. It’s just a normal school trying to do right by the students and their families day after day. It is not always perfect, but we put in the effort every morning when we open up.
