You can find us at the V.V. Shopping Plaza in the Fairlands area of Salem. Our address is within that plaza, and we’ve been here for a bit now. The pin code is 636016. Rasikas Restaurant Llp is the official name. Fairlands is a pretty nice part of Salem, and being in the shopping plaza means we see a lot of people. The office part of our business is tucked in the back. It’s where we handle the books and talk to the suppliers. It’s not a huge space. We have some metal filing cabinets and a desk that’s slightly wobbly. Most of the staff are busy in the front or the kitchen, but a few of us stay in the back to handle the admin stuff. We don't have any fancy decorations. There are some old photos of the city on the wall and a clock that’s five minutes fast. We like it that way. It’s a practical environment. We drink a lot of coffee while we work. Salem can get quite hot, so we usually have the fan pointed right at the desk. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on the people who walk by the plaza and the regulars who’ve been coming to us for years. It’s a straightforward way to run a restaurant business. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
