A.R.R.S Cattering

Running A.R.R.S Cattering out of Gugai keeps our hands full most weeks. We are located right at 41/85 on Causway Road, which is a busy enough spot near Society Road. Salem is a good place to be if you like to stay active. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen prepping for whatever event is coming up next. It’s mostly family and a few helpers getting the big pots ready. We don't have a big office or a front desk. Most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our van around 636006. Cooking for a crowd is different than cooking at home, but we try to keep that same feeling in the food. Sometimes the orders are big, sometimes they are small. It doesn't really matter to us as long as the work gets done. We’ve had some long nights making sure everything is ready for the morning. The kitchen gets messy, but we tidy up and start over the next day. It’s not always easy work, and we definitely aren't some big corporate chain. We are just a local setup in Salem trying to do right by the people who hire us. You can usually find someone at the shop if you drop by during the day. It’s a practical business, run by people who actually live and work in the Gugai area. We just keep our heads down and cook.
