We are located inside Hotel Salem Shevaroys on Meyyanur Main Road. It is a pretty well-known spot right near the 3 Roads junction in Salem. If you know the area, we are basically opposite the India Auto Gas Bunk. Most of the day is spent in the kitchen area. It gets quite warm back there, especially when we have several pots going at once. The smell of spices is everywhere from the moment we open up. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising, people just seem to find us because of where we are. The road outside is always full of cars and bikes zooming past toward the junction. Some people stop by while they are getting gas across the street. We just focus on getting the rice and meat right. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and stirring, but that’s the job. The staff here has been together for a bit, so we know how to stay out of each other's way in the narrow spaces. We use the local markets for what we need. It is a straightforward business without any complicated layers. We open the doors, start the fires, and stay busy until the food is gone. Being in Meyyanur keeps us right in the middle of everything happening in this part of town. It’s a loud, busy, and honest way to spend the day. We wouldn’t have it any other way in this bustling city.
