Lavangam A Fusion Cuisine Restaurants is over at No 75/6 on Brindavan Road in the Fair Lands area of Salem. We are right across from the new bus stand, so we see a lot of people coming and going. We decided to do fusion food because we wanted to offer something a bit different than the usual spots around here. The restaurant is fairly simple inside. We have enough tables for families and groups, and we try to keep things organized. It is not a big chain restaurant. It is just a local business we started in this neighborhood. Being near the bus stand means we get busy in waves. One minute it is quiet, and the next we have twenty people walking in at once. We do our best to keep up. The staff are hardworking people from Salem who just want to do a good job. We don't have any fancy talk about our "vision" or anything. We just cook the food and serve it. The decor is plain but clean. People seem to like that it is easy to get to. If you are waiting for a bus or just live in Fair Lands, you can stop by. We are right there on Brindavan Road. It is just a straightforward place to get a meal that is a little different from the rest. We are just here.
