Bai Biriyani Stall

Bai Biriyani Stall is located at No 71 in the VRG Complex. We are on the first floor, right on Junction Main Road in the Suramangalam area of Salem. Our shop is easy to find because we are very close to Modern Furniture. We have been in this complex for a good while now. Being on the first floor means people have to come up the stairs to find us, but we still get a lot of customers. We focus on making biriyani every day. It is a small stall with just enough space for the kitchen and a few spots for people to eat. We do not have a big dining room or fancy decorations. Most people who come here are workers from the nearby shops or people passing through the junction. We start cooking early so the biriyani is ready for the lunch rush. Salem is a very warm city, and it can get quite hot inside the stall when the pots are steaming. We keep a couple of fans going to help with the heat. Our staff is small, usually just two or three of us handling everything from cooking to cleaning. We do not do any advertising; we just rely on people seeing us in the VRG Complex. It is a simple, honest way to earn a living. We keep the pots full and the floors swept. If you are near the junction, you can find us there.
