Diet Kitchen

Diet Kitchen is located on Ramakrishna Road in the Salem Extension area. We are right across from Gopi Hospital, which makes it easy for people to find us if they are in that part of the city. The shop is at number 5/5. We spend most of our time in the back prep area getting things ready for the day. Since we are near a hospital, we see a lot of people coming in who are looking for something specific to eat. It’s a small team here in Salem, and we usually start quite early to get the vegetables and everything sorted out. The road outside can be a bit hectic with all the bikes and cars going toward the main junction, but it is a good spot for us. We just focus on getting the orders out to the people waiting at the counter. Sometimes the delivery guys are lining up outside when it gets busy around lunchtime. We do not use any big advertisements or anything like that. Most of the people who come here live nearby or work in the medical offices around the hospital. It’s just a regular kitchen doing its thing every day. We handle the cooking, the cleaning, and the packing ourselves. If you walk down Ramakrishna Road, you’ll see our sign. We keep things simple because that is what works for us and the folks who eat our food. There is always a lot to do.
