Computer Era Consultancy

We are based in the P. P. Compound on the Main Road. It’s a central location, though the compound itself can feel a bit tucked away from the main noise of the traffic. At Computer Era Consultancy, the space is mostly filled with desks, computers, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking on the phone with people about their technical issues. It’s not the kind of place that has big signs or bright lights outside. We’ve been in this compound for a while, and the walls are decorated with a few old calendars and some notes pinned up here and there. The windows look out onto the main road, so we can see the bikes and cars going past all day. It gets a bit stuffy inside with all the machines running, so we usually keep the door propped open when the weather allows it. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees; it’s just a small group of us working through the daily list of tasks. There’s always a box of spare cables or old keyboards sitting in the hallway. The tea seller from across the road comes by twice a day, which is usually the highlight of the afternoon when we need a break from the monitors. We just keep our heads down and handle the consulting work as it comes in.
