Arpan Smart Dining

We are located inside Galaxia Mall, right on Ratu Road here in Ranchi. Most people know the spot because it is right opposite the Kali Mandir, so it is hard to miss if you are driving by. We have been running Arpan Smart Dining for a while now, just trying to keep things moving and making sure people have a place to sit and eat something decent while they are out shopping or doing errands. Ratu Road gets really crowded in the evenings, so the mall is a bit of a relief from all that noise and dust outside. The staff here are mostly local guys who know the area well. We don't have anything fancy or high-tech, just tables and chairs and the kitchen going all day long. Sometimes the mall gets quiet during the weekday mornings, but it picks up. We spend a lot of time just cleaning up and getting ready for the next rush of families. It is a lot of work keeping a dining place going in a busy mall like this, but we are used to the rhythm of it by now. You see the same faces coming in after temple visits or after finishing their work nearby. It’s just a normal place where we try to keep the food coming out on time. There is not much more to it than that. We are just here every day, opening up the shutters and getting the stoves started for whoever walks in.
