Arpan Restaurant

We are located at Galaxy More on Ratu Road in Ranchi. There is a Kali Mandir nearby that everyone knows, so it is quite easy to find us. Ratu Road is one of those places that is always full of vehicles and people moving around. We have been here at this spot for a long time. It’s a small restaurant. We have some tables and a counter where we take orders. It gets very busy during the lunch hour because of all the offices and shops nearby. We don't have any fancy decorations. The walls are just painted a simple color and we have some basic fans. We spend most of our day in the kitchen. Ranchi weather is usually okay, but when it rains, the road outside gets a bit messy. We see a lot of people who are just passing through the city on their way somewhere else. My family has been in this business for years. We don't have a big mission statement or anything. We just open the doors and start cooking early in the day. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s what we do. The Kali Mandir brings a lot of people to this area, especially on certain days of the week. We just try to keep up with the rush when it happens. It’s a simple life running a restaurant here. We are just a local place on Ratu Road and we plan to stay that way.
