Kitchen Karahi Restaurant

We’ve been running Kitchen Karahi Restaurant on Ratu Road for quite some time now. It’s right here in Ranchi, specifically in the 834001 area. It isn't a very large place, just a simple spot where folks from around here can sit down for a meal. The street outside is usually pretty busy with traffic and people walking by. We just focus on keeping the kitchen running every day. Some of us have worked here for years. It’s a bit of a routine, really. We open up, get things ready, and then wait for the first customers to show up. It’s mostly locals who live nearby or people working in the offices around Ratu Road. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big marketing plan. We just have our tables and chairs and the food we make. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and the fans have to work overtime, but that is just part of being in Ranchi. We know most of the people who come in by their first names now. It feels more like a community spot than a business sometimes. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth seems to work fine for us. If you are ever passing through this part of town, you’ll see our sign. We are just a normal part of the neighborhood, doing what we do every day. It gets a bit chaotic during dinner time, but we manage to get through it.
