Vgp Travels

Vgp Travels is located at 1, 8 Cross in Pondicherry. We are very close to the lake, which is a nice landmark to have. The area is a bit more relaxed than the city center. We have a small office here where we handle all sorts of travel requests. Most of our work involves booking vans and cars for local trips or longer journeys. We have been at this 8 Cross address for a good while. The office is just a plain room with some desks and a couple of fans. It’s a functional space. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with drivers and making sure everyone is where they need to be. Being near the lake is good because people can find us easily. It’s a simple operation. We don't have fancy brochures or a big marketing team. We just rely on people in the neighborhood knowing we are here. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to say hello. We keep track of everything in our books and on the computer. It gets busy during the holidays when everyone wants to go on a trip. We just try to keep the vehicles moving and the schedules on time. It is a lot of logistics and talking, but we enjoy the pace of it. If you need a ride or a ticket, we are just here by the lake.
