G K M Travels

G K M Travels is right on M G Road in Pondicherry, at No 15. We are located near Hotel Atithi, which is a big place that most people know. Being on M G Road means we are right in the thick of everything. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always something going on outside our door. Our office is just a plain room where we do our business. We’ve been here for a while, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that. We spend our time booking trips and talking to people who walk in off the street. It’s a lot of manual work, writing things down and making calls to see who is available to drive. We don’t have a fancy reception area. Usually, you’ll just see one of us sitting at the desk with a phone to our ear. It’s a local business, through and through. We know the traffic patterns on M G Road better than anyone else. Sometimes the afternoon heat makes everything slow down, but then it picks up again in the evening. We don’t make big promises or use marketing talk. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it keeps us busy from morning until late at night. There is always someone coming in asking for a car to Chennai.
