Srb Tours And Travels is located at No 40 on Mission Street in Pondicherry. It’s right across from the ICICI Bank, which makes it easy for people to find us when they’re walking around the main part of town. This street is always moving, with bikes and cars going past all day long. Our office is just a simple space where we handle all the tour bookings. We started this because we knew the roads well and had a few cars ready to go. It isn't a corporate setup with a lot of staff in suits. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the phones and writing down details in our ledgers. We spend a lot of time talking to travelers who want to see the French Quarter or head out to the beaches. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a whole family comes in at once, but we manage. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone needs a ride or a plan for a weekend, we look at what’s available and tell them. Being in the middle of Pondicherry means we hear the city noise constantly, but we’ve gotten used to it. The bank across the road is a good landmark, so we don't have to give long directions on the phone. It’s just an ordinary local business doing its thing day by day, hoping the traffic isn't too bad for our drivers when they are heading out to pick someone up for their journey.
