You can find us at No:667 on M.G Road in Pondicherry. We are very close to the Sacred Heart Church, which is a big landmark everyone around here knows. Our building is right in the middle of all the action on one of the main streets. We handle travel bookings and it’s usually quite busy with people coming in and out. The office has been here for some time and it feels like a regular part of the street now. We spend our day talking to customers about bus timings and train tickets. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and talking on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the small waiting area, especially during the festival seasons when everyone wants to go home or visit family. We don't have a big corporate setup. It's just a few desks and some posters on the walls. The staff here are locals, so we know the shortcuts and the best times to travel to avoid the worst traffic. We like being near the church because it’s a beautiful spot and it makes giving directions easy. We just try to get the work done and help folks get their tickets sorted without a fuss. It’s a simple life working on M.G Road, and we’ve seen the street change a lot over the years. We’re just a regular travel shop.
