Make My Trip

We are based in the heart of Pondicherry on Ambour Salai. It’s a busy spot right near the traffic police station, which actually makes it pretty easy for people to find us when they’re walking around. The office is up on the first floor. Most days, we just spend our time sitting at our desks, answering phones and helping people figure out where they want to go for their holidays or work trips. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic downstairs, but you get used to it. We've been here for a while now, and we know the local area well. People come in mostly to sort out their flight tickets or ask about hotels. It’s not a very fancy place, just a regular office with computers and some chairs for people to wait. We try to keep things moving so no one is stuck waiting too long. Sometimes the internet is slow, which is annoying, but we manage to get the work done anyway. If you’re heading towards the police station, you can’t miss the building. It’s a 14/28 door number. We usually have some tea in the afternoon while looking out at the street. It feels like a normal part of the neighborhood. We don’t have any big speeches to give. We just work here and do our jobs every day. It’s a small team and we know each other's routines pretty well.
