Shri Shiridi Sai Baba Travels

Our place, Shri Shiridi Sai Baba Travels, is on the first floor at No: 4/364 on the Thindivanam Main Road. We are right in the Gorimedu area, very close to the old check post. Being on the main road means there is always a lot of noise from the buses and trucks passing by, but it makes us easy to find. We have a small sign out front so people know where to climb the stairs. The office is usually full of the sound of the ceiling fan and someone talking on a mobile phone. We handle a lot of pilgrim trips and long-distance travel from here. Since we are near the check post, we see a lot of people coming and going from Pondicherry. It is a busy environment, and we don't have much time for sitting around. We keep our logbooks on the desk and try to stay on top of the schedule. The heat can be tough in Gorimedu during the summer months, but we have a cool spot inside. We don't use any fancy software; mostly it is just pen and paper and memory. We know the routes to the major temples and cities around here quite well. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we take pride in just getting people where they need to be on time. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do every day to make a living and help travelers.
