Q Travels

Our office for Q Travels is located right on M G Road, specifically at number 416. We are almost right next to Vasanth & Co, so most people use that as a landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. Being on such a main road in Pondicherry means there is always something going on outside our window. It’s a lot of motorbikes and people rushing around, especially in the mornings. Inside, it’s a bit quieter. We just focus on getting travel arrangements done for whoever needs them. We don't do much in the way of big advertising or anything like that; people usually just hear about us from their neighbors or walk in because they saw the sign while shopping nearby. We handle train tickets, car rentals, and whatever else comes up during the day. Sometimes we spend half the morning just on the phone trying to confirm bookings. It’s honest work and we like being part of the community here. The space is small, just enough for a couple of desks and some chairs for customers to wait. We don’t have a big mission statement or fancy slogans. We just open up the shop, answer the phone, and try to help people get from one place to another without too much trouble. It's just how we do things here. We have a regular routine that keeps the business moving.
