This area of Pondicherry is always moving. We have people coming in all day long asking about travel plans or just looking for directions. We started this place to help locals and visitors get around. It is just a regular office with some desks and chairs. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. We focus on booking tickets and organizing local trips. Sometimes we deal with international flights but mostly it is local stuff. The noise from Mission Street comes inside whenever the door opens, which is often. We have lived in Pondicherry for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the best ways to travel. It gets busy during the festival seasons. We spend most of our mornings drinking coffee and looking at the booking sheets.
