Merci Tours And Travels is located in the Preethi Complex, Shop No 3, at No 12 Lenin Street. We are in the Saram area of Pondicherry, which is a very lively part of town. If you know where the Saram Market is, we are just a short walk from there. Being near a market means there is always a lot of noise and people around, which we like. Our shop is small but it serves us well. We handle all kinds of travel needs, whether someone wants a quick car for the day or a longer trip to another state. We don't have a big corporate office or a call center. It’s just us sitting in the shop, taking calls and writing out itineraries. Lenin Street is one of those places where you see a bit of everything, and our office fits right in. We spend a lot of time checking prices and talking to hotels to see who has a room available. It can be a bit chaotic sometimes when everyone wants to travel at the same time, like during the holidays. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. People usually find us because they live nearby or their friend told them we were okay to deal with. We just try to be honest about what a trip will cost and how long it will take. It’s a basic service, but it keeps us on our toes.
