We are based out of the Ginger Hotel on Karuvadikuppam Main Road in Pondicherry. It’s near the old Venus Theatre, which isn't a theatre anymore but everyone still uses it as a landmark. The area is Saram Revenue Village under the Oulgaret Municipality. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say, but we are easy to find if you are in the 605003 area. Gold Line Hospitality Pvt Ltd is what we go by. We handle hospitality stuff, mostly working around the hotel and the local area. We aren't some big corporate firm with offices in every city. It’s just a small team of us here. Pondicherry is a small place anyway, so word gets around. We don’t do much advertising. We just show up and do the work. The weather here is usually hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure things like the AC and water are running right. Sometimes the local bureaucracy makes things a bit slow, but we've lived here long enough to know how to handle it. We deal with guests and services, trying to keep things practical. It’s not always glamorous work, but it keeps the lights on. We don't have a fancy philosophy. We just try to be honest with the people we work with. If someone needs something done, they come find us at the hotel. It’s a simple arrangement that has worked for us for a long time. We’re just a bunch of locals making a living.
