It is a very busy area in Pondicherry 605001, so there is always something happening outside our door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in while they are out shopping. We do all sorts of travel work, from booking cabs to helping with longer tours. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so it’s not very formal. We just want to make sure people get to their destination on time. Sometimes the traffic on Anna Salai is a nightmare, but we’ve learned how to work around it over the years. We have a few good drivers who have been with us for a long time. They know the routes better than any GPS. We don’t spend much on advertising; we just try to do a decent job for whoever walks through the door.
