You can find Easyway Travel Agency at No 11, Surcouf Street. This is in the 605001 part of Pondicherry, very close to the French School. Because we are near the school, the mornings are usually filled with the sound of kids arriving and parents dropping them off. It is a nice area with a bit of a different feel than the busier market sections of town. Our office isn’t very big, but it fits the few of us who work here just fine. We have some wooden desks and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time on Surcouf Street, whether we are inside working or just standing outside for a bit of fresh air. The French School is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. We do not do much in the way of advertising; we just have our sign out front. Most of the people who come to Easyway Travel Agency are locals who live nearby or parents from the school. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner of the desks. It is a straightforward kind of place. We open up at the same time every morning and stay until the work is finished. There isn’t much drama here, just the daily routine of running a small business on a quiet street in Pondicherry. It is just how we like it.
