Our office is at No 21, Vellalar Street, which is just a short walk from M G Road here in Pondicherry. Blue Line Tours & Travels has been operating from this little corner of 605001 for several years now. It’s a bit quieter on our street compared to the main road, which is nice when we’re trying to get work done. We handle all kinds of travel requests, mostly focused on car rentals and local sightseeing. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in town, just one that people can rely on. The staff here are all local people who know the best routes to avoid the midday heat and the evening rush. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just our phones and some notebooks to keep track of everything. It works well enough for us. Sometimes we’re out on the street chatting with neighbors or washing the cars. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. If you're walking near M G Road and see Vellalar Street, look for number 21.
