Avatar Cabs is located at No 33, Iyyanar Koil Street in Lawspet. We are specifically in Vishnu Nagar Karuvadikuppam. It’s a residential sort of area, so it’s not as loud as the middle of the city, which is nice when we are trying to manage our fleet. Running a cab service means our phones are almost always ringing. Whether it’s an early morning airport drop or someone needing a ride across town, we are usually on the go. The office is where we keep track of which driver is where and who is available for the next call. It’s not a fancy place with leather chairs and coffee machines. It’s a work room with maps, keys, and logbooks. We deal with the daily headaches of traffic and fuel prices, but we try to keep the cars moving. Our drivers are local guys who know the shortcuts around Lawspet and the rest of Pondicherry. We don’t use those big apps that charge a lot extra; we just do things the old-fashioned way by talking to our customers directly. It’s a simple business of getting people from point A to point B. Sometimes the rain slows us down or a car needs a sudden repair, but we just deal with it as it comes. Vishnu Nagar is our home base, and we like being the local choice for a ride when someone needs one.
