Austin Tours & Travels

Austin Tours & Travels is located at Plot No 3 on the 12th Cross in Lawspet. We are right there in Krishna Nagar, specifically behind the Orange Hotel. It is a pretty easy landmark to find if you are coming from the main road. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our maps and car keys. We spend a lot of time talking to drivers and making sure they know the pickup points. Pondicherry is a tourist town, so things get really busy during the holiday seasons. During the off-season, we mostly help locals get to Chennai or other nearby places for work or family visits. The 12th cross is a nice street, and we have good relations with the other businesses around us. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles here; it is just a place to run a travel business. Sometimes the internet acts up or the phone lines get noisy, but we just keep going. We've been around long enough to know how to handle the little problems that pop up every day. We aren't some big chain; we are just local people who know the area well. We like seeing the cars pull out of the lot and knowing another trip has started. It’s a lot of small details to manage, like checking tire pressure or confirming timings, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening when the last car returns.
