Tomato Restaurant

If you walk behind Mother Terasa School in Panipat, you’ll find our little shop at number 106. It isn't a very large space, but we make it work every day. I started this place because I wanted something of my own, and it has been quite a journey so far. Most of the time, we are busy preparing for the afternoon rush when the school lets out or when people are on their break. The kitchen is small, so we have to be very organized with our pots and pans. Sometimes I forget to order enough napkins or we run out of a specific spice, and I have to send someone running to the market quickly. It is a bit chaotic, but that’s how a real kitchen feels. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the recipes by heart now. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we'd rather focus on the stove. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy cooking to worry about that right now. People around here know us by name, and that makes the long hours feel worth it. We just want to serve a decent meal that doesn't cost a fortune. It’s a simple life here in 132103. We keep our prices low so that everyone can afford to eat here whenever they want for lunch or dinner.
