Devinder Vaishno Bhojnalya

Devinder Vaishno Bhojnalya has been a part of Panipat City for a long time. We are tucked away in Rishi Colony, near the Old Sabzi Mandi area. Being close to the vegetable market means things start very early for us. You can hear the noise of the carts and the vendors starting their day while we are just opening up our shutters. The 13-B address isn’t hard to find if you know the old part of the city. It’s a simple space with basic wooden chairs and tables. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning or big signs. Most people who come here are workers from the mandi or folks who live nearby in the colony. We focus on vegetarian food because that is what we know how to do. The kitchen stays hot throughout the day, and there is always a smell of fresh rotis in the air. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty because of the busy street outside, so we are always sweeping. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We know most of our customers by their names or what they usually like to eat. It is a humble way to earn a living, and we just keep going day after day without making much of a fuss.
