We run Baba mohan ram vashno shudh bhojnalya on Sanoli Road in Panipat. Our place is specifically in the Chandni Bagh area. It’s a vegetarian spot, as the name says. We don't serve any meat here at all. The road outside is always full of trucks and traffic because Sanoli Road is a major route. It gets quite dusty, so we are always wiping down the tables. We have been here for a few years now. It’s a simple bhojnalya where laborers and drivers stop to eat. We serve large portions because the people who come here work hard. There’s no fancy lighting or music. Just the sound of the kitchen and the traffic outside. My brothers and I take turns at the counter and in the back. We wake up very early to get the lentils and vegetables started. Everything is cooked in big pots. We don't use much in terms of decoration, just some pictures on the walls. It’s a practical place for a quick meal. People in Panipat know that Sanoli Road is a busy spot, and we are right in the middle of it. We don't have a website or anything. We just rely on people passing by and seeing our sign. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us going. We focus on making sure the rotis are fresh and the dal is hot for everyone.
