Deepak Vaishno Dhaba

Our dhaba is right at Shop No-2 in Panipat, very close to the bus stand and right across from the Sadar City Thana. Because of the location, we get a lot of people coming off the buses or folks who work at the police station across the road. It’s a busy area with a lot of noise from the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. The place is a typical Vaishno dhaba, so everything is vegetarian. We don’t do anything flashy. It's mostly wooden tables and a kitchen that stays busy from morning until late evening. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when the bus terminal gets crowded, but we do what we can. People mostly come for the dal and roti. It's the kind of place where you just pull up a chair and eat. We don’t have fancy air conditioning or anything like that, just some fans and open doors. Most of our regulars are drivers or local shopkeepers who just want a hot meal that doesn't cost too much. We've been at this shop for a good while now. It’s a small space, so you might end up sharing a table if it’s busy. That’s just part of the experience here. We keep the water cold and the food hot. If you're traveling through Panipat and need to eat near the station, we're right there. We don't have a fancy sign or anything, just the shop number.
