Cafe Grillz

If you know the Model Town area in Panipat, you probably know where the Lal Tanki market is. We are right near there, at shop number 233/R on the Ring Road. It’s a good spot because people are always walking by to go to the showrooms or the market. Cafe Grillz is tucked in right opposite the Temps showroom. We spend a lot of our time just managing the space we have. It’s not a massive shop, so we have to be smart with where we put things. The grill is the main part of the shop, and it stays hot for most of the day. You can smell it from the sidewalk. We see a lot of young people coming in after school or college. They like to hang out and talk, so it gets a bit loud in the evenings. Panipat can get very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, so we’re always adjusting the doors to keep the temperature okay inside. We do the cleaning ourselves and make sure the supplies are fresh every morning. There’s no corporate office or anything like that, just us making sure the orders are ready on time. We’ve had the same neighbors for years and we all look out for each other. It’s a decent community to be in. We just focus on the daily tasks and try to keep the place running smooth.
