Awadh The Royal Kitchen Restaurant

You can find Awadh The Royal Kitchen Restaurant up on the second floor in Model Town. We are right there in the Lal Tanki Market area of Panipat. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs but it’s worth it for a meal. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The market downstairs is always full of people shopping for clothes or household things, so it gets pretty lively around here. We decided to set up on the second floor because it’s a little quieter away from the street noise. The space isn't huge, but we make it work. We have some tables set out and a kitchen that stays busy most of the day. In Panipat, people know where Lal Tanki is, so finding us isn't usually a problem. We don’t have any big corporate backing or anything. It’s just a family-run kind of place where we do the cooking and serve the plates ourselves. Sometimes the service might be a little slow when the lunch rush hits, but we try our best. We use the ingredients we find in the local markets nearby. It’s just a plain restaurant where you can sit down and eat without any distractions. We don’t go in for fancy lighting or music. It’s just about having a place to eat in Model Town. We are usually here from the morning until the last customer leaves in the evening. Most days we are just prepping vegetables and getting the stove ready.
