75 mile stone Dhaba & Restaurant

This dhaba is situated on the main G.T. Road in Samalkha, specifically at the 75 mile stone. We are right across from Devi Lal College, which means we see a lot of students every single day. They come here between their lectures to grab some food and hang out. It makes the place feel very alive. Besides the students, we get many people traveling along the highway toward Panipat or Delhi. Being on the G.T. Road means there is never a quiet moment. There is always the sound of traffic and people coming and going. We have a big open space for parking, so even large trucks can stop here easily. Our food is basic North Indian cooking. We don't try to do anything too complicated. We have the usual dal, paneer, and tandoori rotis. The staff here is just a few local men who know how to cook for a crowd. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished reception desk. You just walk in and find a seat. The place is built to be practical and tough. We have seen the road get wider and busier over the years. During the monsoon, the rain can be very heavy and we have to make sure the water doesn't come inside. We stay open late because the highway never sleeps. It's just a regular roadside dhaba where you can get a hot meal for a fair price.
