Anpurna Sudh Vesno Bhojenyala

We are located on the main G T Road in Panipat, right by the Naval Cinema. If you’re traveling through Haryana, you probably drive past us all the time. It’s a very busy road with lots of noise from the trucks and the horns. We are a sudh vesno bhojenyala. This means we are very strict about only serving vegetarian food. No meat or eggs ever come into our kitchen. The building is quite old now. The walls could probably use some new paint, but we mostly focus on keeping the kitchen and the utensils clean. We get a lot of people who are going to watch a movie or just passing through the city on a long trip. We have these heavy wooden tables that have been here for over twenty years. My father opened this place a long time ago. We don't have fancy lighting or air conditioning. We just use what works for the daily business. The food is simple, like what you’d get at your own home. Dal, roti, and whatever vegetable is in the market this week. We don't use any pre-made masalas from packets. We grind them ourselves every few days. Sometimes the crowd gets a bit much and people have to wait for a seat, but usually, we are quick with the service. We don't have any social media pages. We just rely on the people who stop their cars when they see our board.
