Balaji Sudh Vaishno Dhaba

You can find us along the Link Road in Samalkha, right near the Aggarwal Fundry area. This is a typical dhaba setup where we mainly just do simple food for travelers and locals. Being in Panipat, specifically the 132101 pin code area, we get a lot of people passing through on their way to other places. The building is at number 555 and it’s a solid, no-nonsense structure. We have plenty of space for people to sit, and the atmosphere is very casual. You won't find any air conditioning or fancy lights here. Just fans and good light from the windows. The kitchen is always busy with large pots on the stoves. We keep things straightforward. The menu is written on a board and doesn't change much. It is honest work and we have been doing it for years. Sometimes the trucks parked outside make it look crowded, but there is usually a spot to sit inside. We don't put much effort into marketing because people know where we are. It’s a dusty part of the road but we keep the tables wiped down as much as possible. We serve tea all day long too. It’s just a place to stop, eat something filling, and move on. No frills at all. That is how we like to run things here. There is always a bit of soot from the highway.
