You can find shri krishna rosai right in the middle of Insar Bazar in Panipat. The pin code here is 132103, and it is a very crowded part of town. This is where all the shops are, and people are always walking back and forth looking for things to buy. We started this place because we wanted to serve food to the people working and shopping in the market. It is a small kitchen and seating area, nothing too big. My staff and I get here early to start the cooking. The smell of the food usually fills the street before we even open the doors. It’s a bit messy sometimes because the market is so old and the streets are narrow. We don't have fancy menus or anything like that. People just come in, sit down, and eat whatever is fresh that day. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when too many people show up at once during lunch. We just do our best to serve everyone quickly so they can get back to their work. The walls could probably use a new layer of paint, and the furniture is just plain wood, but it works for us. We’ve been in Panipat for years and know most of the faces that come through the door. It’s just a local kitchen for the neighborhood, and we like it that way. We keep the stove going until the market slows down at night.
