Shiv SAI Vaishno Dhaba

We are sitting here at Shiv SAI Vaishno Dhaba on the Godana Panipat Road. If you are coming out from the main city, it is about 35 km away on the outer stretch. Most people know this spot because we are right on the Gohana Road section, not too far from the Holi Family School. It gets quite busy with the traffic going back and forth on the highway all day and night. We’ve been here for a bit now, just managing things near the school area. The road stays dusty most of the time because of all the trucks passing through Panipat. It’s a plain place, nothing fancy to look at, but it’s where we work every day. Panipat Road is long and you see a lot of the same things, but our spot near the school is easy to find if you are looking for it. The weather gets really hot in the summer and we just keep the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes off the road. Sometimes the school kids walk by or their parents stop for a bit. It’s just how it is here on the outer road towards Gohana. We start early in the morning when the sun is coming up over the fields. Being 35 km out means it’s a bit different than the main town, but the highway noise never really stops. We don’t have any big signs, just the name Shiv SAI Vaishno Dhaba on the wall.
