Shambhu Da Dhaba

If you are looking for us, we are in Shop No-16 at the Sheela Shopping Complex. This is right in the middle of Cometti Market in Panipat. It is a very active area with people buying and selling things all day. Shambhu Da Dhaba has been in this complex for a good while now. The shop isn't very large, so things can feel a bit tight when it is busy. We have a few benches and tables where people can sit down. The air usually has the smell of spices and smoke from the stove. Panipat can get very dusty, so we are always wiping down the surfaces. We don't have a big menu or anything like that. We just make what we know how to make. People from the market often stop by for a quick bite before heading back to their own shops. It is a very straightforward kind of place. We don't have air conditioning, just some fans that spin on the ceiling. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just light some candles or use the natural light from the front. It is just part of living and working here. We see the same faces every week, which is nice. There is no corporate office or anything, just us running the place every day. It is just how things are here in the market. We take it one customer at a time and do not worry about much else.
