Being out here with New Neelkanth Dhaba on G T Road in Panipat is a different kind of life. We are located in Village Jattipur, right along that long stretch of highway. It’s the 132103 area. You see everything on G T Road—big trucks, families on trips, and people just passing through. It gets dusty and loud with all the traffic zooming by at all hours. We stay here and keep the place going regardless of the weather. It’s a simple building, nothing too fancy about it. We just make sure there is enough space for people to sit and rest for a bit. The village of Jattipur is quiet compared to the main road, but we are right where the action is. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and the road. Some days the heat is unbearable, and other days the winter fog is so thick you can barely see the cars. We keep our routine steady. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. People know us because we are easy to spot when you are driving toward or away from Panipat. We don't do much promotional stuff, we just stay open and do our work. It’s an honest way to make a living out here on the highway. We deal with the daily challenges as they come and just keep moving forward. The highway never sleeps, so we try to keep up as best as we can.
