N.C. College Of Engineering

Our college is over in Israna. It’s a bit away from the main city noise, which is nice most of the time for the students who want to study. We have a decent sized campus with all the usual buildings you'd expect to see at an engineering school. People here are mostly focused on their degrees. We have different departments for things like civil, mechanical, and computer science. It’s a practical kind of place with a lot of hands-on work. You’ll see students working on projects in the labs or sitting in the shade of the trees between their classes. The staff mostly keeps to themselves but they're always around if someone needs help with a technical problem or some paperwork. We don’t have any big corporate offices or anything like that. It’s just classrooms, labs, and a canteen that's always busy around noon. The walk from the main gate to the far buildings is a bit long, so people usually hurry if they're late. We try to keep the library stocked with the books students need for their exams. It’s not a flashy lifestyle here. Most students are just trying to get through their courses and find a decent job afterward. We’ve been here for years and the routine doesn't change much from one semester to the next. It’s steady and dependable, like the people who work here every day.
