Moti Mahal Vaishno Dhaba

Our dhaba is right on G T Road in Samalkha. It’s a spot that many people know because it is at the 70km mark on NH 1. Being a Vaishno dhaba, we only serve vegetarian food here. The road is always loud with trucks and buses passing by at all hours of the day and night. We stay open quite late because the highway never really sleeps. The address is Panipat 132101, but locals just call the area Samalkha. It’s a basic place with long tables and plenty of space for people to sit down after a long drive. We have a big parking area outside which is usually full of dust from the road. Inside, it's pretty plain. We use simple plates and the service is just about getting the food to the table. There’s no fancy music or soft lighting here. It’s just a place to fill your stomach and take a rest before getting back on the road. The tea is always hot and we make a lot of it. You can see the traffic moving from the front windows while you eat. It’s been here for years, and the building shows its age a little bit. We don't mind that, as long as the kitchen is running. People stop here because they know what to expect. It’s a very straightforward roadside eatery for anyone traveling toward Panipat or Delhi. We just keep things going as they are.
