Joginder Dhaba

If you know G T Road in Panipat, you probably know where we are. Joginder Dhaba is right near I B College, so we see a lot of students coming in between their classes. It’s a lively spot. The G T Road is always moving, and we are right in the middle of all that noise and energy. We’ve been serving food here for a long time. It’s a basic setup, nothing too special to look at, but it works for us and the people who eat here. We start early to get everything ready for the breakfast rush. The kitchen is small but we manage. My uncle used to run a place like this, so I just followed what he did. We don't use any fancy machines, just old-fashioned cooking. Sometimes the line gets long, and people have to wait a bit, but nobody seems to mind too much. We talk to the customers, ask them how their day is going. It feels more like a community than just a business. The college kids are always in a hurry, while the older folks like to sit and talk for an hour. We try to keep the place clean, though it’s hard with so many people coming in and out all day. It’s just a regular Panipat dhaba doing its thing day after day. We don't change much because we like how things are.
