Our place is in Shiv Nagar, tucked away right behind Gandhi Mandi. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we don't mind at all. We handle a variety of international business from this office. The building itself is simple and doesn't stand out much. Inside, it’s just us and our equipment. We spend most of our hours coordinating things and checking on the status of various goods. It’s not a very large operation, but we keep busy enough. The walk from the mandi is short, and we see the local vendors every day. We’ve been here in Shiv Nagar for a long time, so the neighbors know us well. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living and working here. We just wait it out and get back to work when it’s back on. There are piles of records and ledgers on the shelves, as we still like to keep things written down sometimes. It’s not a high-tech setup, just a functional one. We focus on getting the tasks done without making a big fuss about it. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up and do what’s needed for the day. It’s a steady way to work and it suits us just fine. Most days we are just answering emails and making sure the boxes get where they need to go. It isn't complicated.
