Auromode

Our space is over at Auroshilpam. It’s a bit of a different environment compared to the busier parts of town. Auromode has been here for a while, and the atmosphere is generally pretty calm. We have a few rooms where we do our work. It’s mostly about managing the flow of what we produce. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. If you walk in, you’ll see people focused on their tasks. Sometimes we have music playing in the background, but usually, it’s just the sound of people working. The building itself has a bit of character to it. It’s not like those glass and steel offices you see in the city. We have windows that let in a good amount of light, which helps when we’re looking at samples or checking details. We take our breaks together and talk about things other than work. It keeps the mood light. Most of the people who come to see us are people we’ve known for years. We don’t really do any big advertising. Word of mouth seems to work well enough for us. The work can be repetitive, but we find a rhythm in it. It’s just about showing up every day and making sure the quality is what it’s supposed to be. We don't need any complex systems for that, just a good eye for the details and a bit of patience.
