Himachal Vaishnav Dhaba

Our place, Himachal Vaishnav Dhaba, is at Shop No-1069 on Railway Road. Panipat City is always a bit chaotic, especially near the train station, and we are right in the thick of it. The 132104 area is where we have spent most of our years. You can hear the trains whistling and the sounds of the platform from our front door. It’s a small dhaba with just enough room for some benches and a few tables. We keep the kitchen running from early morning until late at night. We don't have a fancy menu or anything, just the simple food we know how to cook. It gets pretty hot inside because of the stoves, but that is just part of the job. Most of our customers are the people who work on Railway Road or travelers who have a bit of time before their train leaves. We don’t do any advertising; we just hope the smell of the food brings people in. The furniture is a bit old and the walls could probably use some paint, but it's a real place with real people. We know the other shopkeepers around here and we usually help each other out when needed. Panipat is a busy town and we are just happy to have our little spot on the road. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to serve a meal and keep going through the day until we close up late.
