We are over at 82 Masoodpur, which is right in the Vasant Kunj area. If you know where Jims College is, we are basically just around the corner from there. The place is full of various machines and tools used for kitchens and food prep. It’s not a quiet office; it’s more like a working warehouse where things are moving in and out all day. We have stacks of different items piled up. Some are big, some are small. You’ll see a lot of stainless steel when you walk in. The staff here is usually busy checking inventory or helping someone find a specific part. Being near the college means there’s always a lot of students and activity on the road outside. Masoodpur can get pretty jammed up with traffic, especially in the afternoons. We spend a lot of time organizing the shelves and making sure we know where everything is. It’s a practical space. We don’t have any decorations on the walls or anything. It’s all about the equipment. People come from all over this part of Delhi to see what we have in stock. We just stay focused on the work at hand. Sometimes it’s dusty because of the construction nearby, but we try to keep the equipment wiped down. It’s a straightforward operation here in Vasant Kunj. We open up in the morning and stay until the work is done for the day. It gets a bit loud when we're testing the motors, but that's part of the job.
